Some plans include one free automatic backup slot — you’ll see this clearly on the plan card during checkout. Plans that don’t include a backup slot by default can add backups optionally.
Backups are not enabled automatically by default. If your plan includes backups (or you add them), you need to configure the schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once set, backups run automatically. Backup retention (keeping multiple versions) may be available depending on the plan.
Snapshots can also be created manually on demand at any time from the control panel.
For maximum safety, we strongly recommend keeping your own external backups in a separate location, in addition to any built-in backups.
Yes. You can reinstall your VPS using ISO images available in your client area and complete a manual OS installation via the VNC console. If the ISO you need is not listed, you can open a support ticket and we can add it for you. We also offer a wide range of prebuilt Linux templates and app stacks for instant deployment.
